You can pay your MediShield Life and/or CareShield Life premiums by monthly GIRO instalments if you have outstanding premiums (excluding renewal premiums). The monthly deductions will be made from your bank account on the 15th of the month (or the next working day if 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday).

 

For MediShield Life and/or Careshield Life renewal premiums, there is no instalment option. The premiums will be deducted from your bank account every year, within a month after the cover is renewed.

 

Please maintain enough balance in your GIRO bank account. If you have set a payment limit on GIRO deductions, please ensure that the limit takes into account the total premium amount to be deducted. Note that some banks may charge administrative fees for unsuccessful deductions.
