When you have renounced your Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency, your Home Protection Scheme (HPS) cover will cease upon the sale of your HDB flat or at the end of the current HPS policy year, whichever is earlier. There will be no further renewal of your HPS cover, even if you are in the process of selling your HDB flat, as the scheme is only applicable to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.
