To make Voluntary Contributions (VC) for your platform workers, you have three options:

 

1. For cash top-ups to Special or Retirement Account under the Retirement Sum Topping-Up Scheme, you do not need to apply for a new CPF Submission Number (CSN). You can make the cash top-up via Top up Retirement Savings for Employees and platform workers.

2. For VC to MediSave Account, please apply for a new CSN with payment code MSE to make VC for your platform workers, e.g., 123456789-MSE-01.

3. For VC to all three CPF accounts, please apply for a new CSN with payment code “VCT” to make VC for your platform workers, e.g. 123456789-VCT-01.

After you receive the CSN for VC to MediSave Account or to all three CPF accounts, you can submit and make VC using CPF EZPay, in the same way you make mandatory CPF contributions for your platform workers.
