How do I deactivate the CPF Withdrawal Lock?

Updated by CPF
If you would like to deactivate the CPF Withdrawal Lock, you may increase the online Daily Withdrawal Limit to your desired amount (up to the maximum withdrawal limit), via Account settings; which requires 12 hours to take effect and may require enhanced authentication. Thereafter, you will be able to make online CPF withdrawal applications.

Alternatively, if you wish to make a CPF withdrawal without deactivating the CPF Withdrawal Lock, you can book an appointment to visit us to withdraw your preferred amount in-person at any CPF Service Centre. Generally, the next available appointment for withdrawal transactions would be in a week’s time; subsequently, members will receive their withdrawn CPF savings generally within five working days.
