What services do CPF volunteers NOT provide?

CPF volunteers do not:

• call members
• make unannounced house visits or door-to-door calls
• collect money, CPF-related payments, or personal information
• request personal login details and passwords
• sell financial products or provide investment advice

Should you encounter any of these attempts, do not engage with them and report it via the whistleblowing form.
