Is it necessary to input the referrer's details in the CPF online services?

We strongly encourage you to provide the referrer's details if someone has introduced you to our CPF schemes or services. This will allow us to express our gratitude to the person who has made a positive impact on you and our volunteering movement.
 
If your referrer has not registered with us as a volunteer, they can sign up by downloading our CPF Volunteering (CPFV) mobile app from the App Store or Google Play (search for keyword: CPFV) and tap on “Sign up now”.

They can also scan the QR code to download the app and register with us.
