My disability status has not yet been verified with MSF. Once it is verified, will I become immediately eligible for the Matched Retirement Savings Scheme (MRSS)?
We will assess your eligibility for the Matched Retirement Savings Scheme (MRSS) annually at the beginning of each year and it is valid for the entire year. Your MRSS eligibility status will not change for the year even if you become verified as a person with disability subsequently within the year. If you have your disability status verified with MSF by 1 November of the current year, it will be used to assess your MRSS eligibility in the following year.
