You can stop your monthly CPF deduction by:

If you have an HDB loan

  1. Online Application
    • Visit HDB's website and log in with your Singpass
    • Navigate to: e-Services > Residential > Servicing your HDB Housing Loan > Apply or Change CPF Payment for Housing Loan or Upgrading Cost
    • Processing Time: three working days upon the receipt of your request from HDB.
  1. In-person at HDB Branch
    • Complete the CPF withdrawal form (PHS9)
    • Book an appointment via the e-Appointment system before visiting
    • Processing time: generally within five working days upon the receipt of your request from HDB.
If you have a bank loan

  1. Online Application
    • Visit CPFB's website and log in with your Singpass
    • Navigate to: Select your property > Select Cease Monthly Instalment
    • Processing Time: generally within three working days.
  2. In-person at CPF Service Centre
Please note that all in-person services at HDB Branches and CPF Service Centres require prior appointments.

If you have fully redeemed your housing loan: Once HDB or your financier informs us that your housing loan has been fully redeemed, we will automatically stop your monthly deductions and there is no need to submit a request to stop the deductions.

You can confirm that the deduction has stopped by checking your Home Ownership Dashboard under “Monthly CPF deduction” section. If your housing loan has been fully redeemed this month, your monthly CPF deduction status on the dashboard will be updated next month.
