I am not a self-employed person. Why did I receive a notice of CPF contributions for self-employed persons from CPF Board?

You will receive a notice of CPF contributions for self-employed persons as long as you had declared a net trade income to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and your assessed income is more than $6,000. The notice of CPF contributions will inform you of your MediSave payable.

If you disagree with the assessed income by IRAS, you may approach IRAS for further clarifications.
