If you have just renounced your Singapore Citizenship/ Permanent Residency, please download any CPF information required, and settle any housekeeping matters, while you still have access to your Singpass account, via my cpf digital services or CPF Mobile app. 

 

Due to difficulties in authenticating a caller’s identity over the phone and email, we seek your understanding that the Board is unable to disclose any information relating to a specific CPF account over phone or email. This is for your own protection.

 

The Board would like to assure that your full CPF balances will be transferred to your bank account upon your request, after the closure of your CPF account.
