The contributions allocated to your MediSave Account via your top up to CPF accounts will not be used to offset your MediSave payable.

If you want to make MediSave contributions to offset your outstanding (via instalment plan or full payment) or future MediSave payable, you may do so via the Manage your MediSave Payable form.
