How do I view, save or download my monthly transaction statement?
Upon receiving your monthly email notification, follow these steps to view, save and download your statement:
- Click the "View Now" button in the email and you will be redirected to the Singpass login page.
- Log in with your Singpass account to authenticate your identity.
- Once authenticated, your CPF statement for the month will be displayed.
- To save or download your monthly transaction statement, click the PDF icon on the top right corner. To find your downloaded documents on mobile devices, refer to this FAQ.
Alternatively, you may access your online 15-month transaction history via the CPF Mobile app or CPF website to download and save your monthly transaction statement.
