Where else can I get help with CPF services with the closure of CPF Jurong Service Centre? Why are the additional appointment slots only allocated to CPF Bishan and Maxwell Service Centre?
During the closure, members can visit cpf.gov.sg/appt to:
- make an appointment for counter service at CPF Bishan, Maxwell, Tampines, or Woodlands Service Centre or
- book a call appointment
To better serve members affected by the Jurong Service Centre closure, we have increased appointment slots at CPF Bishan and Maxwell Service Centre. These centres have higher capacity and are located nearer to Jurong Service Centre.
