Who can use PLAN with CPF?

PLAN with CPF is available to all Singaporeans aged 16 and above. They can log in via Singpass to access their personalised PLAN with CPF dashboard.
 
As the contents of PLAN with CPF are less relevant for those aged below 16 or non-Singaporeans, it is not available to these CPF members. They can view other contents in the CPF website that do not require Singpass login.
