If I nominatd an organisation, what would happen to my CPF savings if the organisation no longer exists or is no longer a legal entity?

If the organisation no longer exists or is no longer considered a legal entity at the point of your passing, your CPF savings will be redistributed to surviving nominees in the same proportion you have specified for them. If there are no surviving nominee(s), your nomination is considered revoked, and your savings will be transferred to the Public Trustee for distribution under the relevant intestacy laws or inheritance certificate (for Muslims).

We encourage CPF members who had nominated organisations, to review their nominations regularly. If an organisation had ceased to exist or is no longer a legal entity, members should make a new nomination to decide how their CPF savings should be distributed.
