Since November 2021, the Government has taken over the administration of ElderShield from insurers. You will continue to pay the same premiums and enjoy the same benefits under ElderShield for as long as you are covered. In the event that the actual claims are lower than projected, premium rebates will be given to eligible ElderShield insureds.
