What happens to my MediShield Life/CareShield Life cover if my premium payer passes away?
When your premium payer passes away, you will automatically become the payer for your own Healthcare coverage. If you have insufficient MediSave, you will be notified to either top up your MediSave (visit Top up MediSave Account form with your Singpass) or approach a family member to help you pay the premiums using his/her MediSave by visiting the Change Payer e-Service to complete the transaction.
