If you are covered under ElderShield and would like to make a claim, you can arrange for a severe disability assessment with an MOH-accredited assessor and submit your application through the AIC’s eService portal (eFASS) using your Singpass.

 

If you are a caregiver submitting a claim for a mentally incapacitated ElderShield insured, you can log in eFASS using your Singpass to submit the application on his/her behalf.
