Means-tested premium subsidies for CareShield Life will depend on Singaporeans' household per capita income, the annual value of his or her residence, and the number of properties owned. Lower- and lower-middle income Singaporeans who own no more than one property, and live in residences with annual values up to $31,000 will be eligible for means-tested premium subsidies.
