What happens when there are insufficient funds in my MediSave to pay for my ElderShield premium?

Please note that the ElderShield policy will lapse if premiums are not paid. We encourage you to promptly top up your MediSave Account (visit Top up MediSave Account form with your Singpass) to pay the ElderShield premiums or ask a family member to help you pay the premiums using his/her MediSave. To do so, your family member may visit the Change Payer for MediShield Life, CareShield Life and ElderShield form and log in using his/her own Singpass to complete the transaction.
