We encourage you to promptly top up your MediSave Account (visit Top up MediSave Account form with your Singpass) to pay the ElderShield premiums or ask a family member to help you pay the premiums using his/her MediSave. To do so, your family member may visit the Change Payer for MediShield Life, CareShield Life and ElderShield form and log in using his/her own Singpass to complete the transaction.
