I have applied for CareShield Life and my application has been approved. Why is the coverage status reflected as ‘Waiting for Cover’ on My Policy e-Service?
Your CareShield Life coverage status will be reflected as 'Active' after your first premium is successfully deducted, which will take about two months after your application is approved.
However, please be assured that you will still be eligible for claims while your coverage status is 'Waiting for Cover'.
