What should I do if I notice missing or incorrect CPF contributions?

Updated by CPF
First, check if CPF contributions are required in your situation:
  • Employees: Your employer must contribute CPF if you earn more than $50 a month, regardless whether you are employed on a permanent, part time, contract or casual basis.
  • Platform workers: Your platform operator must contribute to CPF on your behalf if you earn more than $500 a month (or $50 if you are opted in to increased CPF contributions)
If CPF contributions should be made but are missing or incorrect:
  1. Check with your employer or platform operator first
There may be a delay or administrative error. Ask them to explain the discrepancy.
  2. If you do not receive a satisfactory response,
you can report the issue to CPF Board using this form/contact link.
