If your medical condition has improved, you may request a review of your Home Protection Scheme premium loading. Write to us with your request and provide a medical report at your own cost. 

 

Your medical report must be up-to-date from a medical institution in Singapore, clearly indicate improvement in your medical condition and include the following information:

 

1. Diagnosis and diagnosis date
2. Reason(s) of hospitalisation, if any
3. Details of treatment(s)
4. Date(s) and details of surgery, if any
5. Details of complications, if any, and treatment rendered
6. Current condition and treatment(s)
7. Investigation test results

If your current condition still presents similar health risks, your premium loading will remain unchanged. We will assess your request and notify you of the outcome.
