How can I submit a new nomination if I failed the enhanced authentication?
If you failed the enhanced authentication when trying to submit a new nomination, we recommend that you wait for 10 minutes before trying again.
If you are still not successful despite multiple attempts, you may visit any of the CPF Service Centres to make a nomination in person. Please make an appointment at least one working day in advance, as our counter services are available by appointment only. Our Customer Service Executives will act as your witnesses for your nomination.
