Why am I unable to make an appointment at the Service Centre more than 2 weeks in advance?

Based on our experience, the 2-week advance booking window meets the needs of most CPF members. Booking appointments too far in advance may lead to missed appointments when there are changes in members’ circumstances or needs.
 
With a 2-week booking window, we are better able to ensure that our customer service officers are accessible to members who need assistance.
