Can I provide for alternate nominee(s) who will receive my CPF monies only if my sole nominee passed away before me?
Under the current CPF laws, making such a nomination is not possible.
If your sole nominee had passed on before you, you can make a new nomination and nominate alternate nominee(s). We encourage CPF members to review their nominations regularly and make a new nomination whenever required.
Alternatively, to give effect to your intent, instead of nominating an individual to receive your CPF, you may wish to nominate a trust company or a trustee and set up a trust agreement to control how your CPF savings should be distributed. For more information, you can read about nominating a trust company or a trustee via this link.
