Eligible platform workers will receive notifications for their Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) payment via email or SMS, after the PCTS is disbursed every month. Please refer to your bank statement of your PayNow-NRIC linked bank account or the bank account that you have registered to receive Government benefits.
