I am the appointed donee/deputy for my next-of-kin. How do I request for the Yearly Statement of Account (YSOA) on behalf of my next-of-kin?
If you are the appointed donee or deputy, you can consider setting up the Singpass Multi-User SMS 2FA via the links below:
- Application for Deputies with Court Order
This allows you to conveniently access and view your next-of-kin’s Yearly Statement of Account (YSOA) without having to repeatedly provide supporting documents.

If you are unable to set up the Singpass Multi-User SMS 2FA, you can Write to us to request for your next-of-kin’s statement on their behalf, by providing the following documents:
- For Donee appointed under a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA): Submit the LPA document and a medical report certifying your next-of-kin’s loss of mental capacity
