How can I receive my Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) payment if I don't have a bank account with DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB?
If you do not have a bank account with the three local banks (DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB) but have a bank account with a PayNow-GIRO participating foreign bank, you can link the bank account to PayNow using your NRIC to receive your Platform Workers CPF Transition Support (PCTS) payment. Payment via PayNow-NRIC will be faster as compared to other payment modes. Please contact your bank to check how you can link your bank account to PayNow-NRIC.
If you do not have any PayNow-NRIC linked bank account or bank account with the local banks (DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB), you will receive your PCTS via GovCash.
As payment by GovCash takes three weeks longer than through a bank account, we encourage you to register for PayNow-NRIC with your preferred bank or ensure that you have a valid bank account registered via the govbenefits website.
