I have a Letter of Guarantee (LOG) from my employer/insurer. How do I use it to pay for my medical expenses?

You may provide the Letter of Guarantee (LOG) to the hospital at admission. The hospital will be able to advise you on the billing arrangements and send the bill to your employer/insurer. If your employer/insurer is paying only part of your hospital expenses, the hospital will also assist you to submit the MediShield and MediSave claims on your behalf.

Please review the terms of your LOG carefully. For clarifications about your LOG or payment arrangements, please approach the hospital and/or employer/insurer directly.
