How do I make a cash top-up to persons with disabilities to qualify for the matching grant under the Matched Retirement Savings Scheme (MRSS)?
Anyone who is aged 16 and above may make cash top-ups to their own or their loved ones' Retirement or Special Account (RA or SA) via the CPF website or CPF mobile app to qualify for the matching grant under the Matched Retirement Savings Scheme (MRSS).
You can also top up your child's Special Account using the same form. When doing so, select "Others" in the declaration of relationship section of the cash top-up application.
Consider making regular monthly or yearly cash top-ups conveniently via GIRO, without the hassle of completing the application form every time you top up.
Anyone under the age of 16 who wish to top up to their SA should ask their parents to make cash top-ups on their behalf.
