What is the Basic Healthcare Sum when I turn 65 years old?
For each cohort turning 65 years old, the applicable Basic Healthcare Sum (BHS) is fixed at that year's amount for the rest of their life. It is the maximum amount you can hold in your MediSave Account (MA). For example, if you are 65 years old in 2026, your applicable BHS is $79,000 and will remain unchanged for life.
