How do I request a copy of my recent Home Protection Scheme medical examination results?
As part of the Board’s digital transformation efforts, we no longer keep hardcopy medical examination results.
Please contact the clinic where you had your Home Protection Scheme (HPS) medical examination to request a copy of your laboratory test results. The clinic may charge a fee for additional copies. For interpretation of the test results, please consult your own doctor.
