How will I be notified about the status of my update bank account application?
You will receive an SMS and email notification to the local mobile number and email address registered with CPF Board as well as a push notification on your CPF Mobile app upon the following:
- Submission of the application to update your registered bank account
- Successful update of your registered bank account
- Unsuccessful update of your registered bank account
You can also check the status of your online application under Activities.
If the changes made to your registered bank account are unauthorised, please contact your bank to freeze your bank account immediately and reset your Singpass. If you are age 55 and above, you can also activate the CPF Withdrawal Lock under Account settings to instantly disable online withdrawal.
