What should I do if I receive a notification that is not meant for me?
This could happen because:
- You are sharing contact detail(s) with your next-of-kin for handling of CPF matters; or
- Your contact detail is a recycled mobile number/email address registered by another member with us previously; or
- You are using a common business mobile number/email address shared within a company.
If you did not intentionally share your contact details with another member or wish to stop this arrangement, please write to us with a screenshot of the notification you have received.
