When do I need to submit the supporting documents (Medical Assessment Report and employment information) for Home Protection Scheme claim?
The medical institution that you have approached and your employer are required to submit the completed Medical Assessment Report and your employment information respectively to CPF Board within 90 days of your Home Protection Scheme claim application. We will not accept Medical Assessment Reports submitted directly by CPF members.
If you already have a Medical Assessment Report on hand, you can submit it to CPF Board through the link which will be provided after you submit an online claim form. The application form will allow you to concurrently apply for both Dependants' Protection Scheme (DPS) and Home Protection Scheme (HPS) benefits, as well as withdrawal of CPF savings. We will assess whether the report you have provided is sufficient and inform you accordingly.
Please note that your application will be cancelled if we do not receive the supporting documents by the given deadline.
