You must still be a Singapore Citizen only when the PCTS payment is credited to you. You will receive the PCTS payment via your PayNow NRIC-linked bank account. To check your PayNow NRIC-linked bank account details, please approach your bank.

If you do not have a PayNow NRIC-linked bank account but provided your DBS/POSB, OCBC or UOB bank account to the Government previously, your PCTS will be credited to the bank account that you have registered to receive Government benefits. You may use this link to provide or update your bank account details*.

If you do not have a registered or PayNow NRIC-linked bank account, you will receive PCTS via GovCash later in the 1st week of the following month, as opposed to using PayNow-NRIC or Bank Crediting.

*If you have linked your NRIC number to your bank account or submitted your bank account details after the 14th of the month, your updates will only be effective in the following month.
