No, such cash top-ups and CPF transfers are meant to boost your retirement savings to enable you to receive higher payouts. Hence, they cannot be used for other purposes or transferred to other CPF accounts such as your Ordinary Account or MediSave Account.

 

Consider whether you would require the monies for other purposes (e.g. housing or healthcare expenses) before topping up to your Special Account/ Retirement Account.
