As a taxi driver who takes both ride-hail and street-hail jobs, how should I make CPF contributions for my earnings?
CPF contributions on your ride-hail and street-hail earnings will be made separately.
For ride-hail earnings, platform operators will deduct and make CPF contributions for you.
For street-hail earnings, you will need to contribute MediSave on your own in the following year after you have declared your Net Trade Income (NTI) to IRAS. Your MediSave payable will be computed on your NTI after excluding net earnings from your platform work as declared to CPF Board by your platform operator(s). CPF Board will inform you of your MediSave payable once IRAS has assessed your income.
