Under the Drive and Save (DAS) Scheme, all taxi principal hirers who make regular contributions¹ to their MediSave Account are eligible to receive co-contributions from participating taxi operators. Only contributions that can be used to offset MediSave payable are eligible for DAS co-contributions.

 

If taxi principal hirers have outstanding MediSave payable, they may be eligible for DAS co-contributions from participating taxi operators if they make full payment or be on a monthly GIRO instalment plan of at least $20 for their MediSave payable.

 

If taxi principal hirers do not have outstanding MediSave payable, they may be eligible for DAS co-contributions from participating taxi operators if they pre-pay their future MediSave payable by contributing at least $20 to their MediSave Account monthly.

 

¹ Taxi principal hirers may make MediSave contributions as self-employed persons via Manage your MediSave payable or GIRO.
