What happens if the corporate service buyer provided an invalid NRIC for crediting of the Contribute As You Earn (CAYE) contributions?

Updated by CPF
Under Contribute As You Earn, if the NRIC provided is invalid, you will be prompted to amend the NRIC if you are using the online submission mode. If you are using PACE (PayNow for CAYE), you’ll automatically receive a refund minus $0.55 per transaction (admin fee) for that record as a rejection fee as the bank will reject the payment.
