How do corporate service buyers know if the payment to self-employed persons is successful?

Generally, for payment via PACE (PayNow for CAYE), you will receive a return file from CPF Board within five working days of the Fund Deduction Date indicated in your corporate payment file to the appointed bank, OCBC. This return file will indicate the amount of Contribute As You Earn (CAYE) contributions and net service fee, the payment status, and rejection reason (for any unsuccessful payment).

For payment via the online submission mode, you can log into the CAYE Digital Services to view the payment status and CAYE contributions made to the self-employed person.
