Which self-employed persons must participate in Contribute As You Earn (CAYE)?
Freelancers and sole-proprietors who are Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents and who have completed jobs/ projects with Government procurement entities as their service buyers, will automatically be enrolled onto Contribute As You Earn (CAYE). Self-employed persons (SEPs) who logged on to Vendors@Gov will see pop-up prompts informing them of their CAYE requirements.
