As Contribute As You Earn (CAYE) is mandatory under the law, there is no need to amend the conditions of contract for contracts signed before the inception of CAYE. For new contracts signed moving forward, the Ministry of Manpower and CPF Board will work with the Ministry of Finance to inform new vendors of the CAYE requirements.
