I am making payment via PayNow QR, what does the different payment status under View/ Amend/ Delete Submission screen in CPF EZPay mean?
If the PayNow payment status in CPF EZPay shows ‘Paid’, it means that the payment was successful.
If the PayNow payment status shows ‘Pending Payment’, it means that payment has not been made.
- For personal bank accounts, the PayNow QR code to pay your CPF contributions must be scanned before 23:59 hrs on the day of submission. If your QR code has expired, you will not be able to make the payment, and you will need to resubmit your CPF contributions and get a new PayNow QR code.
- For corporate bank accounts, please make sure the officer assigned the role of Maker scans the PayNow QR code before it expires at 23:59hrs, following which the Authoriser should approve the payment immediately. Payment received after seven working days from date of CPF submission will be refunded. You will need to make a new CPF submission with a fresh PayNow QR payment.
PayNow submissions with ‘Pending Payment’ status cannot be deleted. The system will auto-update the ‘Pending Payment’ status to ‘Not Paid’ after two months.
