What file types are acceptable for submission via CPF EZPay (FTP)? Why do I keep getting a file extension error when trying to perform submission?
Only text files conforming to our FTP file specifications (effective 16 Jan 2025) (PDF, 0.3MB) which end with a ".dtl", ".txt" or ".dat" extensions are acceptable. Please check that your file ends with one of these extensions.
If you encounter file extension error when trying to perform submission, please check to see if any of the folders within the path contains ".". The reason is because the system will treat anything behind "." as the extension of the file.
To know more about CPF EZPay (FTP), you can refer to our user guide (PDF, 3.7MB).
