If I have already made payment, can I amend or delete my submission?
The procedure to amend or delete your CPF EZPay submission depends on your payment method and submission status:
For Direct Debit
(i) Status: "Submitted"
You can still make changes in CPF EZPay. Go to View / Amend / Delete Submission. You can:
- change amounts for employees,
- delete an employee from the submission or
- amend other payment amounts, such as CPF Late Payment Interest.
However, you cannot change Ordinary Wage, Additional Wage, or staff details such as date of birth. To update these, delete the submission and start a new one. After amending, re-submit your CPF contributions. An amended submission stays in Draft mode and it will not go through for Direct Debit deduction until you finish the full submission process.
(ii) Status: "Processed"
You can no longer amend or delete the submission. Submissions are processed at 5:15pm on the same day they are made.
If you underpaid: Use ad hoc CPF payments in CPF EZPay to pay the shortfall for the affected employee(s) and month(s). Enter the shortfall amount and declare the full wages earned for that month. Please refer to our CPF EZPay Quick Guide for instructions on how to correct errors after a submission has been processed.
If you overpaid or paid the wrong employee(s): Apply for a refund right away. You must do this no later than one year from the date of payment. Refunds are subject to the availability of funds in the member's CPF account.
For PayNow QR
Once you reach the payment page with the generated QR code, you cannot make any more changes.
