To appoint or change Administrator for CPF EZPay, please refer to the following options:

 

 

Your Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin can appoint or change your Administrator by assigning the “CPF EZPay” e-service to another authorised officer within Corppass portal. Please refer to this guide (PDF, 1.5MB) for more information.

 

 

Your existing Administrators within CPF EZPay can add new Administrators. Please refer to our user guide (PDF, 3.7MB) for more information.

 

If you only have one Administrator who has left, you will need to write to us stating your reason for addition/removal of Administrator for us to assist you.
