You can simply log in to "Other employer services – Activities" using your Singpass and 2-Step Verification (2FA) to view the status of your online transactions. 

 

With the improved "Activities" feature, you can stay updated on the latest status of your online transactions, such as whether your application has been received, is being processed, or has been rejected or approved.

 

As CPF Board is progressively updating some features, you may find that some online transactions performed previously are not available for viewing. Please write to us if you require any details which are not viewable.
