What is the Ordinary Wage (OW) ceiling?
The Ordinary Wage (OW) ceiling sets the maximum amount of OW that attracts CPF contributions in a calendar month for all employees. It was gradually raised and has reached $8,000 in 2026. The increase took place in four steps, as shown in the table below, to allow employers and employees to adjust to the changes.
